Tv lasted 15 months.... Should they not last a little longer? RCA customer service is useless. .. not helpful. . Last RCA purchase i will make. Hello LG.

Bought a 50" Led TV took it of of box and noticed screen was cracked. Call and RCA rep. Said warranty doesn't cover cracked screen. $600 down the drain. I never will buy RCA again. Thanks for nothing. Read more

Purchased 10 tablets and within one week 2 tablets stopped working , 6 months and none work , big waste of money , RCA won't respond to requests like throwing 500 bucks in the wind ! RCA was supposed to send return labels and was never sent , waited for over a month ! I purchased these at Walmart for all my grand children , I have all the receipts for these except for two that were purchased separately . I think they should make it easier on... Read more

I bought a 10" tablet in March 2016. By May 22,2016 it stopped working. Wont turn on or charge. Called customer service and was told I have to pay to ship it back to them. I already spent $170! And they say te replacement will be a refurbished one not new like the one I bought! I am extremely upset about this. I will never purchase or recommend RCA ever again!

Bought for RCA tablets for Christmas 2015 and they don't work to this day just stop working no repair just crazy upset.

My RCA Voyager 2 Pro 7 inch tablet that cost $50 in Walmart at Christmas broke mid March. The usb socket became loose. Walmart said to contact rca so i did. It turns out rca will not pay to ship it back. They gave me an RA number and told me to ship via UPS. So UPS wanted $10 or around 1/5 of what i had originally paid. My fiance received a 7 in tablet for xmas & it is the worst tablet I have ever used!! It doesn't turn on & off easily, it shuts itself down without warning, it runs slower then snail snot & no way to speed up, freezes all the time. RCA USED to be a great company now they are like most, charge an absorbent amount & get crappy products!! No more rca products of any kind for me even if they are free. Read more

I brought my grandkids RCA tables in November 2015 and now they won't hold charge and I can't take them back to the store to switch them for another one. It makes me mad.

I read all the bad reviews and wanted to say my experience was perfect. The price of $30 was affordable for me. My 10" tablet got a cracked screen and I mailed it off to Venturer Electronics and my experience was excellent. I got it back fixed and working fine.. Thank You. I called RCA Support once to check on it and didn't get alot of info but was assured everything was fine.. So fo the price that was ok. I got it mailed back in about 2 weeks... Read more
