I loved the features on my RCA 10inch tablet, but after one month it stopped working correctly. I called tech support and they showed me how to do a hard reset and got it back up.

One month latter it will not turn on. I called support again and they said they would send me a replacement in 3-4 weeks. After 30 days I called and they said it was scheduled to arrive that day.

Now one week later they say they have no record of sending it! The calls go to India and you just get a runaround of being told to call back again in a few days.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $85.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I agree rca tablet is a piece of junk and the customer support is even worse. I submitted two request for in warranty replacement.

No response. I called repair request phone several times. Get a different person each time....

get a different answer each time. They tell you anything to get you off the phone.

After 58 days the tablet stopped working no power, would not charge. I have been lied to by walmart and RCA has put me in tears with the run around.

Never will I buy an RCA product. They suck. Rca does not want to back its product. They say its a virus and trying to sell me an expensive plan to protect it.

Its dead good lord. Whats to protect?
