Good Afternoon,

I am contacting you in regard to an ongoing severe flooding problem we have been experiencing in our backyard and basement. In 2017, we worked with RCA management to address the issue stemming from the landscaping changes made by RCA when the facility was built.

A drain was installed behind our fence to resolve the issue, but it is not functioning properly, and we are now dealing with this problem again. Both of my neighbors are also affected, although not as severely. Due to the lower elevation of my property, it accumulates all the water from the back.

We believe that installing a french drain and possibly regrading the land behind our home could resolve the issue. I have numerous photos that I will attempt to attach, but my emails keep bouncing back for some reason.

Additionally, I have been unable to find a contact person as the management keeps changing. I was previously in touch with Brad Greenstien, Laura Ames, and Kat Stevens, but I do not have a contact for the current manager.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Called customer service with a tech support question. Was asked name, phone number, etc...and after providing them with all of it, was told that technical support would call me back in 1 to 3 business days.

I asked if there was a specific time I could expect the call, as I work and wasn't taking the TV with me to work while waiting for the call. Was told again, I'd get the call in 1 to 3 business days, bc technical support is only open m-f 8 to 5. So, I asked again if there was a specific time I could expect, or even request for them to call perhaps Friday. She said yes, if they call, they'll leave a voice mail.

Told her I didn't have voice mail, and asked again could she make a note to just wait until Friday?? She said yes, and said she made a note, but I'm still super unsure she got it.

RCA advertise that their smart tvs are compatible with apps that are actually not compatible, which is surely false advertising. When asked if there is an update in the pipeline, or a workaround, emails to their customer supoort were unsuccessful: one bounced back as a non existant email address, one did not answer and one claimed my RCA TV was not a product they could comment on as they only make certain models of RCA TV (not all of them).

So it seems like a lottery as to whether the manufacturer that RCA has outsourced your model of TV to will actually respond to you or not. Repeated follow ups by pissed consumer did not bring any further response from RCA as a whole nor any of their subsiduaries.

I had to buy a chromecast to make my "smart tv" work with the standard apps it claims to support. So basically it's an expensive dumb TV.
