there's not enough space on the computer now my pc is left to be vulnerable to hackers unless I go out and buy a freaken external hard drive there 32 gb windows 10 takes up almost half of that leaving 16 gb left the updates are maybe .500 kb and the anniversary update takes away 5gb after all said and done I installed so many updates before the anniversary update that I have so much updates that I have no mb left for the pc to get the main... I purchased a Viking 10 II keyboard accessory. They changed my original order and I received a Viking 10 pro "lavender". Not the key board I wanted. The customer service does not read the emails you send them because I clearly stated it was the wrong product. Also when shipped from California the product went to Canada to new York to Chicago then to Wisconsin. It took 3 weeks to get the wrong product! Unbelievable...what is wrong with managment... My grandson's RCA tablet, purchased at Walmart for approximately $150 also suffered a severely 'swollen' puffed-up battery that blew the thing apart. Had I known about this sooner, I would have helped him try to get some 'satisfaction' from either RCA or Walmart. Bought an RCA Voyager Tablet RCT6773W42B for use as a personal tablet. The thing is constantly sitting and spinning its wheels.........it loses its wireless!! Shutting off the weireless and turing it back on bring it back on but in a minute it loses the connection again......even though it always says its connected. I can't even depend on it to check email. Nothing but junk!!

There customer service is probably the worse. They have my tablet for over 2 months now. They did send it out once but due to there stupidity they sent it back in the original box it comes in from the store about as thick as a piece of paper. So now they have it back and it continues to miss shipping. Once I get it back and if it ever breaks again I will just run it over with my car and go buy another brand. Read more

My blue RCA first had a hot plug that eventually would not fully charge the battery. I return it for repair to RCA, still waiting. Meanwhile i bought the same tablet again while my old one is in repair. This purple tablet has a hot cord when plugged in the wall.I am saving my receipt and boxthis time. Tv lasted 15 months.... Should they not last a little longer? RCA customer service is useless. .. not helpful. . Last RCA purchase i will make. Hello LG.

Bought a 50" Led TV took it of of box and noticed screen was cracked. Call and RCA rep. Said warranty doesn't cover cracked screen. $600 down the drain. I never will buy RCA again. Thanks for nothing. Read more

Purchased 10 tablets and within one week 2 tablets stopped working , 6 months and none work , big waste of money , RCA won't respond to requests like throwing 500 bucks in the wind ! RCA was supposed to send return labels and was never sent , waited for over a month ! I purchased these at Walmart for all my grand children , I have all the receipts for these except for two that were purchased separately . I think they should make it easier on... Read more
