i bought an rca voyager 3 tablet and when i turned it on it sat at the rca logo screen and did nothing i called rca about the issue and they told that it has a 1 year warranty but i had to send it to them to be fixed and told me that they do not send out any return labels or packaging for me to send the product back to their repair center all they kept saying send it in but refused to tell me where to send it to i dont think its right that a consumer/customer has to pay extra money to have a product that is under warranty sent in to be fixed
