DRC 98090 user manual was not in box. I called customer service.
They said I have to go online. I am elderly and do not have access to computer and no car. They completely ignored what I said. I should not be made to perform a hardship because of their mistake.
I asked to speak to a supervisor. CS said none available and that he or she would call me back. It's been a week and no one has called. In addition to this they forced me to take down web address www.rcaav.com/support/wbform I called three different people they tried several times.
They got page that said Rca and below that no page found. I called back twice and they keep giving me same address help my DVD player is the only thing I have to entertain myself
