DRC 98090 user manual was not in box.I called customer service.
They said I have to go online. I am elderly and do not have access to computer and no car. They completely ignored what I said. I should not be made to perform a hardship because of their mistake.
I asked to speak to a supervisor. CS said none available and that he or she would call me back. It's been a week and no one has called. In addition to this they forced me to take down web address www.rcaav.com/support/wbform I called three different people they tried several times.
They got page that said Rca and below that no page found.I called back twice and they keep giving me same address help my DVD player is the only thing I have to entertain myself
