Had a similar experience as other users with the RCA tablet and the battery going bad after one month of use.They have a one year warranty, but they have the worst customer service.
Filed the warranty claim submitting proof of purchase and received RA #. Cannot get the label to actually send the unit back.
When you call it is the same story - Labels are only sent out on Friday, so wait until next Friday.
These guys are a joke.Two weeks and still unable to return it and then a month or more to replace if i ever actually get to send it in.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of rca 7 tablet and associated monetary loss in the amount of $100. Rca needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
